On February 12, join BBH and OPEN Finance Women+ for a panel discussion to explore how our community can overcome obstacles that impede our ability to speak openly about the life experiences that shape our distinct point of view. We will discuss how mentor and sponsor relationships within the Women+ community, as well as developing strong ally networks and engagement within the broader workplace culture can accomplish those goals.
Following the panel presentation, attendees are invited to participate in round table discussions to strategize and develop steps for future and lasting change.
