We have another volunteer opportunity to share with you. The Hamptons Tea Dance, hosted by our partners Callen-Lorde, is just around the corner on July 13th. We participated in this last year and are excited to do it again this year. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue/field.

Time of Event: 4:00 – 8:00 PM (Volunteers start time is 8:30am if you are in need of a ride to venue)
Location: Nova’s Ark Project | 60 Millstone Road | Water Mill, NY 11976
Itinerary:
- 8:30 AM: Meet at Callen-Lorde | 356 West 18th Street
- 9:15 AM: Coach bus departs for Nova’s Ark Project
- 11:18 AM: Arrive Nova’s Ark Project
- 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM Lunch (provided)
- 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Orientation + Role Assignments + Event set-up
- 4:00 PM: Event Start
- 8:00 PM: Event End
- 8:00 PM – 8:40 PM: Event breakdown
- 8:45 PM: Coach bus departs for Callen-Lorde
- 10:48 PM: Coach bus arrives at Callen-Lorde | 356 West 18th Street
General Roles + Responsibilities: *
- Set-up/Breakdown of event
- Check-In Kiosk
- Load supplies into bus
- Clean-up
*Volunteer roles will be assigned the day of event.
Dress Code:
- Pre-Event: Clothes you won’t be afraid to get dirty in
- Event: Summer chic (with comfortable shoes)

We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages during the hours of the event, as your participation is vital to the success of this event.
