This panel will allow panelists to share their personal stories and answer the following questions: (1) How do LGBTQ+ people navigate their own or families’ faith traditions, particulary in the era of "religious freedom" bills, (2) What are the experiences of LGBTQ+ people who find an affirming faith tradition, and for those who do not? (3) With the holiday season approaching, how can LGBTQ+ people have constructive interactions with family members and non-affirming faith traditions?
