We are excited to invite you to a virtual panel discussion taking place on October 30th, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (ET).

In an industry often dominated by uniform perspectives, women+ are making their mark and driving innovation in technology and AI. Their unique experiences and diverse voices change the landscape in the industry.

This inspiring and informative discussion brings together three trailblazing out women+ to share their stories, discuss the state of the industry and explore the future of technology and AI.

Join us as we celebrate diversity, innovation and the power of queer women+ in the tech industry, learn from their challenges, and inspire the next generation of tech leaders.

Featured Panelists: 

Morgan McGuire: With 17 years of experience in the payments industry, Morgan has a robust career working in US and Canadian Dollar clearing, Payment Engineering, Account Reconciliation, FX Operations, and Card Services across multiple banks at both the global and regional levels. Morgan has developed a strong reputation for leadership and innovation. A proud member of the LGBTQ community, Morgan is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and representation across all areas of life. Currently, she serves as Global Chairperson of HSBC’s Operations Pride Committee and the Co-Philanthropic Chair on HSBC’s National Pride Board, where she plays a pivotal role in driving initiatives that support the LGBTQ Community. In addition to earning a certificate from Harvard for completing the “Leading with Pride” program, she has delivered over 20 leadership LGBTQ awareness trainings enterprise-wide at HSBC. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her wife and two kids. Morgan’s work reflects a deep commitment to creating a more equitable world, both within and beyond the corporate landscape.

Maddie Stenger: Maddie Stenger is a finance and analytics leader with deep expertise in transforming financial data to drive strategic decisions. Her work spans industries such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Fintech, and Technology, where she has successfully implemented advanced analytics solutions, integrated acquisitions, and developed strategic financial models. At FTI Consulting, she leads financial forecasting and planning efforts, plays a key role in finance function assessments, and implements finance system solutions. Maddie has also been instrumental in leading internal AI initiatives and creating value plans for Artificial Intelligence. She has worked with companies like Nestle, Source Code, and WISH.com, delivering insights that drive business growth. Additionally, her background includes leading analytics centers of excellence and driving operational efficiency in global organizations like Caterpillar and Textron.

Kathleen Wrynn: Kathleen Wrynn is an Executive Director at JPMorganChase with 15+ years of financial industry experience working across many business and technology-related roles. At JPMorganChase, she is part of the Global Technology Strategy Team, where she supports the firm's blockchain business unit, Onyx by J.P. Morgan. Her previous role within the company was as the Strategy Lead for the DLT Product Line in the Chief Technology Office. Prior to joining JPMorganChase, Kathleen spent over thirteen years at Deutsche Bank and DWS, working in asset and wealth management. Her roles there included digital assets, product development, strategy, business management, operations, and digital marketing across various asset classes. Kathleen received a Master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School. She holds multiple certifications on blockchain, AI, and other emerging technologies from MIT Sloan School of Management, Wharton UPenn, and several other institutions. Kathleen is an Advisory Board Member for AI 2030 Web3 as well as the Lesbians Who Tech & Allies organization. In 2023, she received the Markets Media Group U.S. Women in Finance “Rising Star” Award.
