The Pride Network offers emerging LGBTQ+ leaders opportunities for personal transformation and professional development to foster change within themselves and in our communities. Each year, TPN selects over a dozen leaders from across the nation to participate in their Transformational Leadership Initiative.TLI is a year-long, three-part program that includes custom, heart-centered leadership training (EMERGE+), a $2,000 social impact grant, and a professional mentor to assist in professional development.
